Dont quite know how to start this plea for help but will try and explain the desperate state i find myself in with life at the present time . basic out-line is i m 57 and am fighting to stop and ex girlfriend taking my house from me and have in the last 2 years been diagnosed with chronic emphysema(for those that dont know what emphysema is ...
	its when the lungs detiorate and they cease to produce enough oxygen for the body to function properly. Whats the problem you may think well let me explain,some 12 years ago found myself single after a divorce which lost me everything house 3 business s and most importantly my kids and grand kids which to this day i dont see and have missed all the joy of them growing up.
	I met a girl who i thought at the time was going to be with me for ever so with a £5000 gift from my now deceased mother purchased the house i now live in and on advice from my then solicitor purchased the house in my girlfriends name solely ,
	but sadly the relationship ended within a month of purchase and we moved in as 2 people living seperate lives and within 3months she moved on not leaving any way of contact bearing in mind that i had paid the deposit and legal fees from the £5000 and all her contribution amounted to was just some half of 3 months mortgage payments.A few years after she moved out got a brief letter saying she was wanting to sign house over to me as she had no claim to it financialy but nothing happened she disappeared again along the way in the years that past she got married and that eventually went wrong and my house became an issue in their divorce but was not pursued as she had stated in court she no interest financially in my home but after divorce and having been given most of her husbands assests decided to start proceeding in court against me for something that she has not paid anything towards apart from 3 half monthly mortgage payments.
	The legal costs in this case will cripple me due to my now state of health, up till 3 years ago i was a fit guy holding down 3 jobs and able to pay my way in life and happy to do so, but since getting emphysema have had to quit most of my jobs and down to a small partime job which is barely enough to live on my plea therefore is to help me meet legal bills and secure the roof over my head as with my illness could not do 3 jobs anymore and want to live out my last few years in my own home so my plea is for help in paying my legal bills and securing my house for the rest of my life which upon my death will donated to a deserving charity the leagl bills are in excess of £15000 plus any settlement that is required any donation however small would be most greatly welcome and i will respond to all those that i can
