I need help and there is no one to help me
 |
First of all let me say thanks to all that will donate
to help me. I am an retired person, who has given all
my life to help others, now I need help and there is
no one to help me. I live on a fix income and I am
semi disabled, I can no longer walk any distance
without the use of cane and when I go grocery
shopping, I have to use the motor cart, because the
stores are so large and I get pain in my back and my
legs just don't function very well. Otherwise I am in
good health. I am in an study through National
Institue of Health (NIH), I have been in this study
for 9 years, it is for glaucoma.

I do not have glaucoma.
When I first started 9 years ago, different people
where given eye drops and some people weren't. I
didn't get the eye drops, they wanted to see if eye
drops where really effective, so they waited til I
show signs from the pressure, then I was put on eye
drops and now my eye pressure is normal. They found
out from this study that even if there was just a
slight pressure, that person should be on eye
drops. |

When I was born, I had
a heir lip and cleft palate, I was the first
successful closure of the heir lip and cleft palate at
Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh,Pa. I have been
active in the scouts, I give to the Salvation Army,
Purple Heart and Value Village and other charities.
